Mr. Correa represents clients in a range of cases, including but not limited to:

  • Civil litigation: Trial lawyer for cases resolved in civil court, including injury claims, construction injury cases, product liability claims, and other lawsuits brought in civil court.
  • Personal injury: Cases of severe or catastrophic injury, including vehicle accidents, falls, construction accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, and pedestrian accidents.
  • Product liability: Injury claims due to faulty or defective products, design defects, manufacturing defects, and marketing defects in vehicles, tools, toys, medications, and other commercial products.
  • Workplace injury: An injury on the job may leave a worker unable to earn a living and facing long-term health issues. In many cases, a third-party lawsuit can be filed to seek compensation above and beyond what the workers’ compensation system pays.
  • Wrongful death: Losing a loved one due to another party’s negligent or reckless act may leave the family emotionally devastated and financially ruined. A wrongful death lawsuit can be filed to seek compensation for the close family.
  • Medical malpractice: Most law firms do not take on medical malpractice cases, as these are historically among the most complex and challenging to resolve. Mr. Correa takes on these cases with confidence, seeking justice for families who have suffered injuries, illness, or loss of life due to the negligent actions of a medical professional.
  • First-party property cases: Mr. Correa represents homeowners in hurricane and storm-related damages, plumbing leaks, and fire losses. A history of favorable case outcomes

Mr. Correa has established a boutique, bilingual (English and Spanish) law firm that delivers exceptional personalized care and attention to every client. As a seasoned trial lawyer, he has achieved many favorable verdicts and millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts. He is personable, accessible, and willing to go the distance to reach a favorable verdict.
