Benjamin was born in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to Miami, Florida at an early age. Prior to attending law school, Benjamin obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Miami. During his time at the University of Miami, Benjamin was a part of the baseball team. Benjamin was also a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee as the team representative.
After graduating from UM, Benjamin attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he received his dual degree of Juris Doctor and Master of Science in Sports Administration. While in law school, Benjamin clerked for various South Florida firms gaining vast experience in personal injury and insurance litigation.
Mr. Vazquez is licensed to practice law in Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
