Our process

When the legal team at Correa & Martinez Trial Lawyers takes on a client facing felony charges, we take our responsibility very seriously. We understand the consequences of a conviction and take every legal action necessary to seek to reduce the damage.

The first step is a complete evaluation of the evidence the prosecutor has against you to identify any flaws in police procedure, rights violations, and other areas that could be successfully challenged in court.

Witnesses who have presented testimony are carefully evaluated to identify any area that can be successfully challenged at trial. We work closely with our clients at every phase of the legal process, offering a rare level of personalized care, attention, and support. You are never alone when our firm represents you – you have the full support of our team and will be treated with warmth, kindness, and dignity.
